1. Product and price
LiliTools provides a browser-based PDF editing and export service. After the included free PDF export has been used, continued access costs ₹10 INR as a one-time payment for 365 days. The purchase does not renew automatically.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel checkout at any time before completing payment. Because this is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal, there is no recurring subscription to cancel and no future automatic charge.
3. Requesting a refund
Send a refund request within seven calendar days of payment to ankitkumar5686@gmail.com. Include the purchase email address, payment date, and a short explanation. Never send a card number, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password, or confidential PDF.
4. Refund eligibility
A refund may be approved when a duplicate payment was collected, payment succeeded but access could not be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, or the paid service was materially unavailable because of a verified LiliTools technical failure. Refunds are not normally provided for a change of mind after paid access has been delivered or used, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Processing time
We aim to review complete requests within five business days. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Cashfree, the customer’s bank, or payment network may require an additional five to ten business days to display the credit.
6. Failed or pending payments
If money was debited but access is not active, first wait for the payment status to update and use the Restore Access option with the purchase email and emailed verification code. If the issue continues, contact support so the payment can be verified before submitting another payment.
7. Consumer rights and contact
